Our dojo is currently closed due to measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus – contact us to be informed when we reopen and to take part in our free online Aikido sessions, Wednesdays 5.50 pm BST.
In normal times, we offer a free session in which you will see how Aikido works, hear something of its history and philosophy and get a feel of the techniques. You will also learn moves and exercises you can take away and use immediately.
The free classes are on Thursdays 6.50pm and must be booked in advance. To discuss more details and to book your free session please click here or phone us on 020 7435 1330.
Family sessions are on Thursdays 7.00 to 8.00pm. These are open to children and adults from beginner to intermediate. They are free for adults with paying children from 12 years old.
We also offer concessions to students, people on low wages or unemployed – and staff of many organisations, including the NHS, local authorities and John Lewis Partnership.
I hope we’ll be able to get back to practise on a real mat soon – meanwhile do join us for our popular free online sessions.
