One of the biggest and least discussed challenges when it comes to dealing with attacks of any kind – physical or verbal – is dealing with our emotions.
Without training, people often find it difficult to handle strong negative feelings such as fear, embarrassment or self-doubt.
This Wednesday we’re looking at how attackers can use our emotions to manipulate us and how we can counter this, using Aikido principles and techniques.
