In this Thursday’s 6.00 pm BST online aikido session we will be focusing on the use of relaxation, and how this can make aikido more powerful as well as being better for health.
We’ll be continuing with the second kata (based on the first bokken kata) and cementing in three basic techniques.
Ordinary clothing, something you can move around in easily.
